I developed an immersive e‑learning proof‑of‑concept using the CenarioVR platform, evaluating its capabilities, creating storyboards, and ultimately recommending to Global Services leadership that the software not be used in future projects.

I also updated the Global Services Learning and Development division’s primary and secondary logos for use across internal collateral. Additionally, I recorded, edited, and produced three instructional videos with subject matter experts using Camtasia and Articulate360, expanding the division’s library of training resources.
